How does an assessment center work?
The great benefit of an online assessment center is that it works with modules. This means you can shape the assessment center to your specific needs, whether it’s for ecommerce, consultancy, training or HR purposes.
Modules of the Assessment Center include license management, user and team/department management, assessment invitations and results download.
Access to modular features will vary based on the user role. In total there are three user roles available: a super administrator role (the assessment center owner), an administrator role (to be used by subscribers – manager – of the assessment management solution), and an employee/individual user role.

Management - Super Administrators
The Super Administrator has an helicopter overview of the entire assessment center and decides what is available and who can access it.
Features available to the super admin include:
- Customer Management:
– Create and view subscriptions: company name, key contact details, license type and license status (e.g. 10 out of 20 invites used). You can create a subscription for each client or department.
– Manage subscriptions: add additional invites or deactivate subscriptions. - Assessment Management:
– Create Assessment and add them to the Assessment Center. There’s no limit to the number of assessments you can add to the Assessment Center.
– Activate and deactivate assessments. Setup and activate assessments. Should the super admin deactivate an assessment, the assessment will no longer be available for invitations.
Subscribers - Administrators
Administratos, in general, are managers or companies acquiring and sending out assessments to the individual users
- License/subscription
– View current license
– Upgrade license by adding new users/employees
– Renew license - Assessment invitations: Invite employees to take an assessment(s)
– Email will be send to the selected employees/users with a personalized link to take the assessment
– Depending on the license type, the invitation will reduce the number of available assessments - Team management:
– Add new teams/departments - User/employee management
– Add new employees/users based on the active license limits.
– Should you wish to add more users than the license allows, a license upgrade can be triggered from here. This will trigger payment processing. License upgrade will be restricted to the number of users to add.
– Assign employees to teams/departments
– Disable employees/users
Individual Users
The individual user or end user is the one taking the assessment(s) made available to them.
- They will have access to the assessment(s) as soon as the admin sends an invite.
- Upon completion, results as well as feedback can be made available to the employee.

How to monetize assessments in your assessment center
As a consultant or consulting agency your main goal is to provide valuable advice to customers while maximizing the use of your time. Often, that means hiring additional consultants if you want to scale your consultant business. But what if there was a way to monetize the advice you provide?
With the assessment center you have the ability to charge clients to gain access to your assessments and gain personalized, high value feedback in return.
- Individual or “retail” transactions. Web pages can link directly to each catalog item, launching a simple, secure shopping cart mechanism for customers to purchase access to the desired test.
- Bulk or “wholesale” transactions. Here you can sell entire packages of assessments at once. Most suitable for companies which want to purchase and pass on the assessments to their employees. The catalog enables content owners to provide a purchasing organization limited, secure assessment administrative credits for the desired assessments.
Upon successful payment processed on the payment gateway, send license details to Assessment Center backend – via an API call. Details transmitted should include the signup company details, signup key contact details, license details (single, multi-user, or uncapped)
Upon completion of the API call a new Company, Team/Department, Primary contact will be created on the Firebase database (Assessment Center backend). Linked to the company &/or team will also be the license type and related details (single, # of users or uncapped). An email will also be sent to the key contact with the assessment center login details.
