Customer Success Representative

Who are we?

Survey Anyplace is a fast-growing Belgian online software company. We develop and commercialize a unique application that companies of all sizes use to create engaging online questionnaires and personalized pdf reports.

Our customer base is widely spread over 56 different countries. More than 50% of our users are in the US. Some customer names: Astra Zeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life. 

In addition to our existing customer base, every month, we are adding a significant number of new clients eager to set everything up and learn their way through the tool. To strengthen our relationship with them, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Rep willing to guide them on how to best use our solution and be successful.
