Business Rules – Show and Hide Questions
This feature will keep your questionnaires short and relevant. With the options Show questions in Business Rules you can show relevant questions for each person. With the option Hide questions you can hide irrelevant questions.
Let's start with an example: You want to know someone's opinion about your brand. When someone knows your brand already you'll ask different questions (more in-depth perhaps) then someone who's just encountered your brand. You want your results to reflect everyone's opinion so you make 1 survey and only show the questions relevant for the person answering the questions.
Let's say these are the questions you want to ask:
All questions are relevant for a person who has heard of the brand before. But question 3 and question 5 aren't relevant for someone who answered 'No' to question 1.
So we're going to apply this logic in the Business Rules and hide the irrelevant questions for someone who answers 'No'.
Go to 3 Extra Options and choose Business Rules.
Click on Add Business Rule.
Now create your business rule and hide question 3 and 5 when the answer to question 1 is 'No'.
