There are different ways to look at your results: Charts view, Response overview, and Presentation view. This article will show you how to use the Charts view. (Chart view is the new version of Results by Question)
Make your own result page or dashboard by determining which questions you want to see, which filters you need,... Learn how to customize your dashboard here.
1 Go to Charts View
When you enter your result page or dashboard you immediately see the Charts view. When you go to Response overview or the Presentation view you can always return to Charts view by clicking on the first icon in the upper right corner.
2 Information about the survey/quiz
The upper menu of the page contains some more details and information about the survey. You can determine yourself which parts of information are shown.
Tip: The completion rate is the ratio between how many times the survey/quiz was opened, and how many times it was opened and completed. Here you can see whether or not people take the time to complete your survey/quiz. If the completion rate is low, you may consider lowering the number of questions of your survey/quiz or adding more images.
Go to Settings and to the tab Summary. Here you can select which pieces of information are shown at the top of the page.
3 Charts per question
Underneath your summary, you'll see charts for every question.
You can determine yourself which chart you want to see for which question. Choose another chart style or choose to see the input that your respondents left you in the Additional Text.
