Custom Scoring is mostly used for assessments that generate different outcomes (final screens) based on the answers of the respondent, or to rate the overall customer/employee satisfaction. The score will not be shown to the respondent, it will only appear in the results. You can use this feature in combination with outcomes, business rules and email templates to personalize the final screen and email. Log in and try it yourself! https://app.surveyanyplace.com/login.

2 Custom Scoring
When you want to add weights to your answers to determine a certain score or outcome at the end of the survey, you can turn on Custom Scoring. Go to the tab Extra Options to find Custom Scoring in the first overview Settings.
When you turn on Custom Scoring, and you go back to Edit Questions, you'll see boxes with '0' in them appeared next to your answers. You can change the '0' to the number you want to add to every answer. When a respondent chooses an answer, this is the score they are going to get.
Don't forget to save your progress.
Afterwards, you can see the score per respondent in Results by Respondent.
