1 Go to Results
You can go to the Results by clicking on Reports and then By Question in the left menu, or by clicking on the grey Results button next to the title of your survey in the dashboard.
2 Choose whether you want to download a PDF or a CSV (easily convertible to Excel)
3 Download a CSV
There are two types of CSV files you can download: The Regular CSV and the Statistical CSV.
Both the Regular and Statistical CSV contain:
- Date and Time
- Geolocation (if enabled)
- User Agent
- Custom Fields
- Answer for each question
- Score for each question
- Score on survey
The difference between the two types of CSV lies in multiple choice questions. In the Regular CSV all answers on multiple choice are set in one cell (Answer 1|Answer 2|Answer 3). In the Statistical CSV there is a column for each possible answer of multiple choice question and in the cell ‘0’ or ‘1’ is set to indicate if the answer has been chosen. If the respondent didn’t answer the question a ‘-’ will be shown in the cell.

3.1 Download Session CSV
3.2 Download Responses CSV
4 Download a PDF
Make sure your email address is spelled correctly and click on the PDF you want to download. An email will be send with a link to the PDF. You can only use this link once. If you need another one, have another link send by clicking on the PDF button again. If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder. PDF links will expire 24 hours after generation, so the download link can be used more than once in those 24 hours.
The different PDF types:
- Regular PDF: Contains one chart per question
- Full Detail PDF: Contains a chart per question + answer table per question
- Statistical PDF: Contains chart per question + statistical data per question (table with answer counts and percentages per answer; or open answers for open ended, image upload and form quiz questions; or average, standard deviation, sum, min and max for numeric sliders)
For every PDF you can choose which questions are included. Click on the grey button to open the menu and click on the bullets to indicate which questions will be included or left out.
