Make your results dashboard
Customize your own result page or dashboard by choosing which questions you want to see, which filters you need,...
1 Choose the survey of which you want to see the results and make a customized dashboard.
Either click on Results next to the survey on your homepage or switch between surveys in the first dropdown on your dashboard/result page.
2 Save your dashboard
Save your dashboard as a new dashboard in order that you can return to it later by clicking on Save in the top menu. Be sure to return here and save your dashboard after making changes. When you no longer need your dashboard you can delete it here as well.
3 Determine which Summary elements will show in your dashboard
The upper menu of the page contains some more details and information about the survey. You can determine yourself which parts of information are shown.
Tip: The completion rate is the ratio between how many times the survey/quiz was opened, and how many times it was opened and completed. Here you can see whether or not people take the time to complete your survey/quiz. If the completion rate is low, you may consider lowering the number of questions of your survey/quiz or adding more images.
Go to Settings and to the tab Summary. Here you can select which pieces of information are shown at the top of the page.
4 Determine which questions will show in your dashboard
In the menu of Settings, you can choose which questions you want to show in your dashboard. You can also change the order of the questions here.
You can determine yourself which chart you want to see for which question. Choose another chart or take a look at what your respondents answered in the Additional Text.
Tip: When the answers to your Open Ended questions are too long you can click the '..' next to the answer to show the full answers.
5 Determine which results will show in your dashboard
In the menu under the tab Advanced you can choose whether or not your charts include the Not-Answered-items.
By using Filters you can choose which results or answers you want to see. E.g.: all the results or answers of the women older than 35 that were unhappy with the services. Learn how to use filters here.
6 Download or share your results
When you've made your dashboard you can either download your result (with filters) in a CSV or in a PDF, or you can share them online via a publicly available report URL.
Learn more about downloading your results here.
When you open the share menu you can select 'Enable Public Reporting' to receive the Public Reporting URL. This is the URL that you can send to your colleagues, clients,... in order that they can view your dashboard without needing a Survey Anyplace account.
Underneath the URL you'll see several options for this public report to determine which options your client/colleagues can use on the dashboard.
